Pathetic company.. I went for a INTERVIEW, was waiting for manager to come and interview AFTER THE TEST... they gave me excel test, after that receptionist or HR i dont know who is she she said to wait for the manager to come and interview, after 5 mins THEY said manager has some work to finish and can not meet, if I am shortlisted they will call me.. how unprofessional company it is.. YOU GUYS EVEN IF YOU SHORTLIST I AM NOT GONNA WORK WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE..
BE CAREFUL WITH THESE MINDS. BETTER NOT TO HAVE JOB THAN WORKING WITH THESE..

It's a scam. On eBay this seller offered me a big discount on a laptop I had in my cart and I accepted the offer (Order number 10-10088-64540). I was so excited and paid for it. And then I received a refund and its reason was "buyer's shipping address issue". I've been always successfully using the same address and I am sure it's correct. What a joke!

The laptop I ordered came as I expected, company answered all my questions I had. Pleasure doing business with you!

I purchased MSI GeForce GTX 1660, and item referenced open box nothing to mention used item. This GPU had been in someone computer for years. So, I return item back seller and he is trying giving half my money back saying I returned a damaged item. “NUTS”! This couldn’t be further from the truth. Take this as a warning especial buying open box item.

I bought 3 pcs of graphic cards from this seller on Apr 07 2022. After I have set up my system and installed the cards. 1 out of the 3 cards is undetectable. therefore I have contacted the seller.
I have made a few purchases from eBay as you can see from my list but this seller was 1 of the first purchases I made on eBay. the rest of the sellers if I needed a refund will ask me to open a refund. but this seller have send me an long list of their T&C and ask me directly mail back to them. this is why there isn't a case open.

They playing with eBay's policy loophole and drag by stating they have not received the return item for the 30 day money back guarantee. After i show them proof that they have signed off receiving the item. they went MIA. after some difficulty in pursuing them to reply. they just reply the return item was wrong and went MIA again.

This seller is scam , I paid for laptop 2 weeks ago and issued a fake ship label and he never sent , never reply to email , no customer serv by phone

Items as described and fast shipping. This was my second computer purchase from them, and I would definitely buy from them again.

Tried to buy hardware twice from mastertronics.com with a specific configuration. Second time even checked with sales staff to confirm it was correct. Returning hardware was easy (thus an extra star), but it wasted several weeks waiting for shipping.

Ordered a chrome tablet for Christmas gift, it came , works for a few minutes and goes off, won’t stay on, I called they say it not returnable, called samsung about the one year warranty, the warranty ran out last year.
Looks like I was sold a used computer, now out the complete cost of computer, thief’s , police and county should stop this company .

Tried to cancel an order i placed before payment even went through, they quickly printed off a shipping label to not enable me to cancel. The total cost after taxes was $920, which they assured me i would get a refund once I sent it back. Thinking they are a legit company i sent the item back without touching the box, no tape removal, not one scratch.

Now two weeks later i get a $460 dollar refund, not the $920 i originally paid. Why? They claimed i sent them a damaged item. I never even opened it, glad I took pictures before I shipped it. Anyways, i contacted customer service via ebay's messaging system and they replied their typical "our concern department is looking into it" which is just avoidance.
1 After they failed to make things right i left them a negative review on ebay which is no longer there because they got it removed. Don't know how they did it but I'm sure they have shady tactics.
2 the item that i returned that was supposedly damaged went back on sell the same day for full price.
3 they kept the 460. Luckily ebay supported me in getting my money back. But I'm sure they weren't penalized and still kept the 460.
