Worst investment I ever made

Worst investment I ever made in my life. Negative return, low level of liquidity, technical problems with the platform as it does not show the 2 investments I made few months ago. No possibility to trade when it is said it is possible from monday to friday. The support took 5 days to answer to a very simple question I sent. In a word, I will be happy to withdraw my investment as soon as possible and run away from that company.

I appreciate the caution in letting me not over-commit. The explanation of the fee structure, holding time, and various risk levels were more than I expected. The help setting up on line was also very well done and pleasant.

Friendly and helpful customer service, but very limited information on the risks associated with investment aside from the discussion on the duration of the investment. No discussion on the volume of email which (spam-like) which is now filling my inbox. No discussion on the option to sell out of the paintings early. Insufficient terms and conditions before joining.

Simple and easy to understand process. Mike and Alanna helped me get purchase my first shares.
