Shipping fast. Product quality good. Mats for 11x14 seemed a little thick but fine for my purposes.
Ordering process was a little confusing when dealing with out of stocks . But got it figured out

The mats are always quality and I haven't had a mistake in any order yet (20+ mats purchased at this point). I received a box that got pretty beat up in transit and my mat was damaged. I sent an email with photos and they shipped a new order right away, no hassle, no BS, no back and forth with the shipping carrier. I love how intricately you can customize your orders and will be sticking with M&M for a long time!! :)

They sent me the wrong sized frame
They sent me the wrong sized frame, but return policy is so cumbersome and costly that I am not going to bother returning. I asked for 11.5 and they sent me 11"

Measurements were accurate and color…
Measurements were accurate and color was good. The issues I had were shipping and packaging. The cardboard within the wrapping wasn’t very stiff or supportive. And there wasn’t any marking as fragile or do not bend on the outside. My package was bent upon arrival. The mat boards were unhurt, however.

Website was very helpful in tips on how to select parameters to make a custom frame. I also really enjoyed the actual frame builder portion visual representation for when I was ordering it. And finally, I was able to call and ask about a question I couldn't find the answer to on the site and the response was prompt, helpful, and professional.
