Constant technical issues and accounts being hacked. Match refuses to explain what the issues are. Don't use Match!

This review is for Match.com in the USA. I joined several years ago and paid for their most expensive subscription, Platinum. However, to be successful, you have to pay for extra services, such as "Free To Reply," which allows nonsubscribers to read and reply. Otherwise, they won't be able to read your email.

It's upsetting that even when signing up for the most expensive package, you still have to pay more for extra services.

Two weeks ago, I again joined Match.com and paid for a Platinum membership. However, this time, they removed the "Free To Reply" service. In other words, a nonsubscriber cannot read your emails.

Unfortunately, most of the women in my area do not subscribe. I reached out to several subscribers, and one of them replied. She mentioned that the experience is overwhelming, as she receives hundreds of emails, making it impossible for her to read them all.

Since communicating with nonsubscribers is non-existence, and most of the women in my area are non-subscribers, it was a total waste of time.

Expensive to join. Cheaper for 6 month subscription but you don’t know what you will get. I signed up for one month premium expecting that to cover everything but as soon as I got in there we’re all sorts of extras.
Money grabbing fools. If they let people try the site for a reasonable cost they could get ongoing commitments instead of immediate cancellations.

terrible site, most are fake profiles and no idenrity check. I was spiked on a date and they refused to remove the member. Many people contact with one photo and now its quite clear that the whole site is corrupt. Last few weeks left with membership and then they don't get another penny. Tip, if you see a profile with 1 photo and just basics filled in its a fake although lately match has started to add a little more detail.

Trash. Anti-White male, woke company. Mostly fake or inactive profiles. Paid for a six month membership, two weeks later my account was banned. Soon as you pay, your account is banned. Don't waste your time.

Women's profiles are linking BREXITEERS with racists. As a white widower of a mixed race lady I challenged this and the profile writer lost the discussion and out of sheer SPITE reported me to MATCH. If you're a REAL man and not a 'remoaner, soy boy, gigolo, or a scammer don't use site as it has been captured by identity politics and SJWs. Real men now only go speed dating!

Someone used my email address to create an account. No matter how many times I try to unsubscribe I get multiple emails a day.

It’s awful!

I used Match some time ago as a dating site and had forgotten how awful it is and stupidly signed up once more to what really is the worst dating site online.

It’s the most expensive of the main sites available and when matching with other ‘singles’, I use this term loosely as there are so many fake profiles on Match, one has to pay extra in order for your ‘match’ to contact you if they don’t have a paid account.

Therefore sending messages is pointless. Most of the users on Match don’t have paid accounts and will not reply. They will keep on looking at your profile but will not respond.

It’s more like dating telepathically than actual dating and the opportunity for non-members to respond to messages freely should be changed.

The ‘Connect’ option should be removed (the extra paid option to allow all users to reply to messages received).

Would I use Match again, without the changes I don’t think so as it’s just a waste of time.

There are many better dating sites to use, almost all of them are cheaper than Match, and all allow the chance to reply to any messages received without the need to pay.
