Overpriced, disappointing quality
Delivery was fast but the quality of the product is disappointing. I expected the collar to be made of a sort of faux leather but in reality it is more like heavy paper. It is very light and does not sit flat. It looks cheap and I won't be wearing it. I am very relieved that I bought an item that was on sale because I would be very annoyed if I had paid full price for this level of quality.
ETA: I'm going to lower my two stars to one for the response. I think it would be better not to reply at all than to say "too bad you don't like it, nothing I can do" I haven't got it wet but the quality is definitely more like paper, it is difficult not to tear it when attaching it. You don't need to be defensive, it's nothing personal, I just want to give prospective customers a more realistic idea of what to expect

It is too bad you didn't tell me you didn't like it because you could have sent it back. It is cork leather with a cotton lining, paper break if wet, this leather won't. Anyway, I could have done something if you wrote me directly. Sorry you don't like my work, a lot of people love it. Cheers.
