Excellent service with a good delivery time to Sydney (ordered on a Thursday and delivered the next Monday, about 4 days). I would recommend Matchbox.com.au to a friend, and shop with them again myself.

I placed my order on line on the 4th of December 22 for frank green bottle set for my daughter and was waiting to receive a msg to pick it up from Chadstone branch as requested. Until the morning of 23/12/22 I did not get any notification via email or text, So I called them to ask what happened cause its a Christmas gift. 2 hours later I got a call from the head office a person called Sue, saying you will recieve the gift in a week time, meaning even after the new year. I tried to explain that this will defeat the purpose of the gift and if there is any other solution, the answer was very rude and aggressive and its either that or a refund and while I am waiting to think , the lady "SUE" screamed on the other end " I have no time to waist and hang up the phone"
at that time I was driving to work left my daughter in hospital post sport injury operation. I felt very humiliated and verbally assulted to a degree that I called the police station officer to ask for advice

I would give a zero if I could ..When I ordered a pot set from matchbox/ KG electronics via mydeal.com.au I was just about to move into a house with no pots or pans so I placed my order with them with the knowledge in black and white that I would have it between 1 to 7 days , over two weeks later it finally arrived, which was to late at this stage, I thought that's ok I will send it back as I had to buy pots in k mart as I had nothing to cook with (k mart took only 3 days to arrive) So I went onto mydeal.com to return the pots and what a nightmare that was having to deal with matchbox! Mydeal customer service were very helpful but matchbox not so much .. When I finally received a response, the email said they will charge me a CHANGE OF MIND FEE !!! I am speechless at this one ...plus their email was threatening to the point of being ill mannered. To top things off they have refused now to give me a refund stating that the parcel went to another area which is a 100% lie as I checked with Transdirect and TNT and I have proof ...So if you are buying on mydeal be careful not to order anything from these rip off merchants...unreal

After ordering a item a week ago and it not showing that it had left yet, I emailed to find out what was happening and had a response of oh sorry yeah its lost, this happens and we dont have any now in stock do you want to order something else or we can offer you a refund... extremely poor service that I had to chase to find out what was going on would never shop here again and wouldn't recommend
