I've said it before and will say it…

I've said it before and will say it again...Jason Gibson is the hands down best math teacher I have EVER had. Because of the way he breaks down each step of math processes so we can actually understand them, I now LOVE math! His videos have helped me ace several classes now and even when I don't have to take the classes for school, I take the courses he offers because I'm so excited about how much I love math and never before knew it!! I can finally understand things that absolutely escaped me before. His knowledge, his teaching style, his personality....he's the whole package if you really want to finally "get it!" Great instruction

Great instruction. Had to brush up on some EE courses for a job and this brought everything back. IT had been years since I went to school. This instructor would have been the GOAT in college. He explains everything well. Would recommend for a refresher on things or if you just didn't understand a class very well

Math Tutor Jason saved my statistics grade and helped me raise it from a C to an A

Math Tutor Jason saved my statistics grade and helped me raise it from a C to an A. His explanations were better than anything I got from my professor, college tutor, or the many online videos I watched. He explains everything step by step in a way that is easy to understand, and he is very professional. I highly recommend him and am extremely thankful for all of his help.

Must watch lectures

My primary gripe with your lessons are the solution explanations associated with each lesson. There are almost always some type of errors, and it gets frustrating to try the next problem set out knowing that there’ll be some errors. I do however listen to your lectures, you magically explain complex terms into practical applications. It really shows that you know your lessons inside and out. I hope your staff can correct the solution problems associated with each lessons.

From Confusion to Mastery

During school, I studied chemistry and math using Jason’s videos. Nowadays, I am enrolled in a statistics course at my university, and I immediately got stuck. I had only one question: What’s going on here?

So I started searching to see if Jason had a statistics course—and luckily, he does! As always, his explanations are clear and make it possible to really understand the topics. After that, I was able to complete all the exercises in my university course and pass the exam with a score of 5 (the highest grade). Without Jason’s explanations, I would have barely passed the exam with a grade of 1.

Life-Changing HVAC Electrical Success – Thank You, Jason!

At 42, I decided to head back to school to pursue a career in HVAC, and my electrical knowledge was starting from absolute zero. The program’s electrical section was crammed into just two intense days of class followed by an exam—barely enough time to scratch the surface. The instructors simplified everything down to memorizing a handful of basic formulas, assuming that’s all we’d need. But for me, that wasn’t cutting it; I’ve always been good at math and need to truly understand how things work under the hood so the concepts stick naturally and the formulas make real sense.
To top it off, I was sick during those classes, which made focusing on the rushed, surface-level material feel impossible. Coming home frustrated and under the weather, I searched online and discovered Jason’s Engineering DC Power courses (and related electrical engineering content) on MathTutorDVD.com. From the very first video, I was hooked—Jason’s calm, patient, step-by-step style unpacked the fundamentals of circuits, voltage, current, power, and DC principles in a way that made everything click. He explains the “why” behind every concept, works through problems methodically, and builds real understanding without shortcuts. I dove way deeper than my class required, gaining a solid, real-world grasp that turned those “dumbed-down” formulas into something intuitive and effortless.
The payoff? Despite being sick and the tight timeline, I aced the exam with flying colors and genuine confidence. Jason’s teaching is unmatched—engaging, thorough, crystal-clear, and far superior to anything I experienced in trade school. I hung on every word; his no-nonsense, whiteboard approach feels like having a trusted mentor right there with you.
And the best part? This isn’t just about my success. With the electrical section behind me and my HVAC journey moving forward, I’m thrilled to keep using MathTutorDVD.com to help my other half finally earn her GED. Math and science have been big hurdles for her, but Jason’s clear explanations will make it so much easier—no more struggling to teach everything myself from scratch. We’ll watch together, and I know those concepts will click for her the way they did for me. My young daughters are next in line—I’ll get them started early on math and science basics, building strong foundations that will give them confidence and open doors for years to come.
Jason, you’ve given me more than help passing one exam—you’ve handed me the tools to support and inspire the people I love most, turning learning into something we can share as a family. In a challenging time, you’ve been that steady guide proving anyone can master this stuff with the right approach. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You’ve created a ripple of growth and possibility in our home that will last a lifetime. If you’re tackling math, science, engineering, or just need to build real understanding, head to MathTutorDVD.com. Jason will change how you see these subjects—and maybe even how you see yourself. Eternally grateful, and forever a fan.

The best teacher I ever had

At 75, I parachuted myself into the second year of an undergraduate electronics course. I had a lot of catching up to do! Most of the math I hadn't looked at for over half a century. Jason was my guide from start to finish and, with his help, I finished top of my class!

THE MAN IS A NATIONAL TREASURE!

I have been learning and following Professor Jason for a while now- almost 16 years.
I'm a high school drop out and had to teach myself mathematics.

Today I have a Bachelors and a Masters in Visual Effects and Animation and am looking to get into a Phd Program. The only reason I was able to do so was because of JASON GIBSONS lectures.

I'm hoping/wishing he can one day share his expertise by designing a course on Discrete Mathematics.

Thank you Professor Jason and God Bless!
