Absolutely rubbish..i ordered mine from them until now I haven't received anything or even update regarding about it. It was a totally dissaponting

Don't waste your money and time

Worse experience in terms of clothes quality versus price. Matior is positioned as a UK brand, however it took longer than a month to receive the order and when received (in a very poor quality plastic) I was very surprised and shocked about the quality of the garments. The garments do not have any label that indicate Matior. Only one little label with instructions that states 70% wool...I felt victim of a scam. I asked for a return/refund however the garments were apparently in sales unable to request a refund. I lost 50£ as I won't wear it at all. A message to Matior, please do not lie to customers with images that do not fit the reality.
In the website they promote their 4.7/5 (+2300 reviews) however there is no way you can check those reviews.

Appalling - terrible quality, cut, colour. Nothing is right ! They have the nerve to claim it’s 70% wool on the label. This is absolutely appalling and this company shouldn’t be allowed to sell on this country (or any other for that matter). No way to return or get a refund or course. Absolute scam.

They don’t even deserve one star. Horrible customer service, I contacted them right away to return to get a different size and they did not respond within the time frame. The website clothes are terribly made and do NOT look at all like the pictures. Don’t shop here!!!!

Don’t buy! It’s a scam!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing. Their clothes are terrible quality at majorly hiked up in price. The pictures on their website are not a true reflection of the quality of the items, and to make it worse they do not offer a refund on sale items... and everything is on sale, so you won't get your money back.

Please do not trust this company! I placed a large order about a month ago worth 100 pounds, and everything that arrived is of poor quality!! I requested a refund, but they are ignoring my emails. Be careful.

Please be aware of buying from this website. Awful quality and fit, lots of fluffy pointless emails but they refused to give me return details. I have had to escalate with my bank.

Absolutely disgusting. Spent £100 on 3 clothes sets, they came nothing like the picture, completely different colours, not the same fit, cheap, awful fabric. Disgraceful.

Terrible company. Was expecting to get my order in time for my event in the times stated on the page but did not. Then they have this terrible policy that you cannot refund it. Spoke to the complaints team and they couldn’t be bothered to do anything either. Do not order from here.

As everyone else has said this website is a scam and they refuse any refunds claiming that the product is a sale item even though they admitted to me that it was a replacement as their usual supplier wasn’t able to fulfil the order which is also clearly a lie. Huge rip off.

Cheap Stuff from China. It took three weeks to be delivered and when it arrived it looked nothing like the quality of the skirt/jumper set in the video. The fabric is horrible! Like worse than anything you could buy at Primark. I'd be scared to be next to an open flame in it. The sizing and colour is off too. Don't bother and rather spend your money ANYWHERE else. Unfortunately, it will have to go straight into the bin.
