If only all companies were the same. I received same day responses to my queries (by email). The responses given were very informative, focussed and helpful. Then they offered a part I required (I was adapting a LH shower Screen to RH) for no charge and with free postage (there was no obligation or requirement to do this). The whole experience was very refreshing and relaxed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was struggling to source a new seal for my Matki shower door, so I emailed the Matki after sales team. They quickly sent me 3 new seals free of charge. I was so impressed by this excellent service, which is rare to experience these days. Thank you, a very happy customer 😊

I am very impressed with the quality of after sale service provided by customer service, particularly i have been thankful to Josh who went over to his duties and provided with me sound advice and an extra parts needed to get right with the shower door not installed by the builder correctly. You can see why this company has so many 5-star reviews and scores 4.7 on Trustpilot. It takes its customer service seriously both in initial sales and, most importantly, after sales. Such an approach builds loyalty and a positive brand reputation. My dealings with them related to a seal for the bottom of one of their hinged-glass shower doors. The issue was dealt with very promptly, professionally and to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Matki.

I have contacted customer service on two occasions and on both had a very positive experience.
The first contact was to order a replacement door which was damaged during installation. After explaining the problem a new door was despatched quickly at very reasonable cost.
The second was to replace two pieces of trim which were oversize. After providing a photo the new parts were dispatched quickly free of charge.
It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that provides a high level of customer service.

What a fantastic company. Bought an [expensive] shower from the almost ten years ago and when a small, but crucial, part wore out many would have washed their hands. Not this lot - a lovely engineer, Andrew Bateman, came out, sorted issue calmly and with no fuss and quietly left, asking for no payment. Staggering in this day and age and I know where my next request for a shower will be going. Thank you guys.....

I contacted Customer Services to order 3 parts for my shower cubicle to refresh its look. Cameron was so helpful and after a chat and a photo sent to him for one of the parts, I had all three delivered within a couple of days.

Amazing customer service and an incredible quality of product.

I rang Matki on Friday, 31st October to enquire about replacement parts for a shower fitted in April 2017, and still within a 10 year guarantee. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He confirmed that they would supply the necessary parts, some from their premises and some from another company. I am now in possession of everything I was promised. All of that within 3 working days. Superb!

We invested in a matki shower a little over 3 years ago and within a couple of years the acrylic shower tray has developed ugly yellow stains which have not improved with cig cleaning and gentle scouring (as recommended by matki). They have recommended referral to a specialist firm to sand down the base but as they point out this might affect drainage.
It really is unsatisfactory and I would advise readers to strongly avoid the matki shower tray and the company’s help has been negligible.
I’d like to add a photo but not sure I can on this site.
In light of the company's response I can categorically say no dyes or tanning products have ever been used, only liquid soaps and normal shower gels. We regularly clean the shower and it has not been neglected in any way.

We bought a Matki Continental Shower Floor and what a mistake that was. it was described as a shower tray that could sit flush or sit proud of the floor.
The tray has been professionally installed and the water does not disperse from the poorly designed tray. The waste unit on the tray is designed according to Matki to accept 29 litres of water per minute and it does not even do half of this claimed amount, without flooding the room.
It now has to be removed and replaced.
Matki poor customer service were not interested in our issue and dismissed it out of hand, until our distributor was involved and to date this still has not been resolved.
BEWARE of buying this product as it is clearly not fit for the purpose in which it has been designed.

On return from a holiday we found that the glass in the fixed panel of our six year old Matki shower enclosure had shattered. We contacted the technical support department at Matki and they supplied a full replacement shower enclosure to our home address at no cost to us.
We felt this demonstrated wonderful customer service and a deep belief in the quality of their product.

We purchased the Matki Illusion ICT 1080, RH.
Unfortunately when I opened the packaging of the shower enclosure , the door and the side panels were LH , although the packages were labelled RH.
I initially spoke to Josh regarding the issue also
Paul Lawrence the Sales Manager.
After a few emails with photos of the issues , Paul arranged delivery for another enclosure apologising for the inconvenience.
As a good will gesture I received a glass shelf and robe hook.
An engineer named Lee also called due to myself not being able to correctly level the hinges for the shower door.
Paul also arranged the delivery of some gully parts for the Matki shower tray, as a gesture of good will also.
We are totally satisfied with Matki and their professional service and their high standard product and would not hesitate to recommend Matki to our family and friends , I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What fantastic customer service! I sent photos of the problem, Matki identified the part needed, compatible with our shower, even though it's a discontinued model. A phone call secured the order and it arrived within a day. Really positive experience.

My Matki shower seals were showing some signs of wear & tear after 2yrs. Numerous plumbers merchants couldn't provide a "like for like product", so I emailed the Matki helpline to see if they knew where I could source the seals.
Shortly after I sent my email, Fred from the Technical Support Department got back to me and my problem was quickly resolved.
Fred couldn't have been more helpful and like the Matki Company and it's products, he was first class and a real credit to Matki
