MAT Recruitment are excellent; clear communications and swift processes competed to get going with jobs.
I actually got my main full time role through Amber, and have also been able to do some short term subject specific contracts also.

MAT are quick to respond and organise documentation and correspondence between staff and the schools they work in. The team are knowledgeable and Marie even took time out of her weekend to check documents with me! A great organisation for teachers and schools to work with.

My first assignment with an education agency - MatRecruitment.

I've always worked for myself. Venturing into the unknown and being bombarded with agencies/names/opportunities were daunting.

One morning, a lady called Amber rang me out of the blue and a few weeks later, I was working at a school.
