This company is terrible. I hardly had connectivity at all in Europe and though paid for 1 GB data, they said it was exhausted within 4 days, when I was mostly on WiFi. Service took a long time to connect and the KYC had to be completed multiple times. Do not use this company or you will be stranded. Best to check local options once you arrive at your destination.
Nice variety of product. Covering all travel essentials i was looking for. VISA , eSIM, Forex, travel insurance. Overall nice products & services.

We have been in contact with Matrix Cellular team since 27th Feb 2023, to fix the mobile services we have taken for USA. But they are only buying time and have not resolved the issue faced by my nineteen year old daughter. Her communication has come to a stand still and her academics is getting affected. Its exam time. Contacted the Nodal officer, Appellate, Operations head and and no one is owning the responsibility to resolve the issue. She is unable to make calls, sms , local and international and even the data services. Please give a number to reach.
