Fake Chinese Company - product not recieved

Mateo Berlin advertised themselves as a German business. I purchased 2 products online that were never received. My account was charged by a company called Industex Limited. When I requested a refund, they submitted “proof” that a company called “Cainiao” sent a package from China via Hermes supposedly delivered to my door front at 10pm one night, but I have never received this. The email confirmation from Mateo Berlin said that they would send via DHL. This place is a SCAM and I have lost my money. Be aware!!

Please don’t buy!!

Please don’t buy!!! I give one star because i can’t give zero stars. I bought 2 months ago and one article was small and the other was damaged.. still waiting for the money!
