Matter brothers Damaged furniture
I purchased a brand new leather living room set from Florida leather gallery which is matter Brothers. Every piece came damaged, delivery man said they had to leave the furniture, I called the complain they arranged for another complete living room set to be delivered, which was supposed to be inspected and all the styrofoam was supposed to be removed from the packaging, we'll that never happened. It also came damaged in the same exact way. It looks like the furniture was dragged on the floor and the leather was scraped off. So, two deliveries and two sets of furniture, and I am still left with a damaged living room set. So now they want to send the repair man to try to repair it
I paid an awful lot of money for this new italian leather. I purchased a brand new undamaged set and this is what I expect. Not to mention the mess thousands of those little popcorn styrofoam balls everywhere.
