Whether you're a new entrepreneur or an experienced coach, Matt brings tremendous value to both your business and your personal growth. Before working with him, I felt stuck in the early stages of building my business and assumed I just needed a better strategy. What I didn’t realize was how energetically imbalanced I’d become.
As an engineer, I’d spent the last decade deeply rooted in a hyper-analytical, masculine mode of operating. I thought I was seeing the whole picture, but I was really only accessing a narrow part of myself. I am a heart-centered educator, whose passion is to serve and support committed teachers who feel constrained and exhausted take back their classrooms and their lives. And ultimately, take their career and fulfillment to the next level. Two key reasons for my joining Impact Accelerator: I wanted to deliver REAL impact and OVERCOME myself to make it happen. My experience with Impact Accelerator has been most rewarding. I have grown personally and professionally to the degree that I could not imagine possible. I am launching my first program in a few weeks and I couldn't be more proud. As I write this review, I'd like to send a heartfelt thanks to my Coach Matt at Hersh Research Institute. I've been working with Matt for almost a year now and it's been an unbelievable experience! I'm only 23 years old and Matt has helped me launch my business and land multiple 4 figure clients! Matt's approach to business is special. He has a wealth of resources and knowledge that he brings to the table and a passion to help each client build a business that supports the life and impact they want to create. Also, the community that Matt has created is spectacular!

100% the best. Matt was able to help me figure out everything I was missing to get my companies to a place where they are working for me, instead of me working for them. Helped me figure out my exact goals and how to achieve them, the vision I was missing and the marketing that was needed to align with my customers.

I overall have loved the program.

However, there are a lot of written and in-depth pieces to be completed and I feel a bit more guidance and support to make sure we finish assignments and/or help us, or me in particular, complete them before moving on would be helpful. Everything I have is partially finished so far and I do feel overwhelmed with my own life, work, and trying to keep up with my business assignments with this program has been a challenge for me.

Beside the above, I find this program, the leadership and faith Matt has in me has been high value!

Matt is an amazing coach, and overall human. His passion for helping others is undeniable, as is his zest for his craft and ability to create results (with the willing participation of his clients, of course). He is attentive and pragmatic, offering thoughtful insight while asking tough questions in the process of aiding your growth.
