Matthew AI has been instrumental in changing the way I approach dating in a healthy way. The simple to read replies to questions that arise during a date, to the help with forming text replies and phone responses is unparalleled. I especially love learning Matthew's healthy perspective around pacing myself and gathering data while dating someone. This tool has been a total game changer, and I am actually enjoying dating now!

I was having a problem with a man I met on one of those date sites and needed some advice on how to handle a response when dealing with an avoidant. The advice given was spot on and gave me clarity on the situation and how to approach the individual. Most importantly the advice helped me move on with my self-respect intact. Thank you Matthew.

Omg! I honestly think I abuse Matthew AI. It has been sooooo instrumental in helping me manage a dating situation that went south. I understand myself so much better in terms of my needs and what I can do to build self-trust. The scripts it’s given me have been immensely helpful. I can’t rave about it enough. I’m bothering it right now!

I don`t like that the AI doesn`t seem to follow up from previous information. And it doesn`t interpret and understand conversations from screenshots well. I miss more information about the patterns and how to deal with that. The replies are very short and not as supportive.

And sometimes I get the same answers from different experiences.

I was scrolling through podcasts when I came across this individual. I’m not surprised he’s still around, targeting women who are emotionally hurt, vulnerable, and struggling with low self-esteem. He’s been running some sort of relationship expert program for over a decade. I know this firsthand - 15 years ago, I was heartbroken with rock-bottom self-esteem after a relationship ended. Desperate to understand what had gone wrong, I turned to the internet and unfortunately found this person. Like others have reported, I was charged for his services, and he kept trying to sell me the next thing that would help me get the guy, I refused and left within months.

I’m now happily married, but none of his advice helped me. I met my husband by chance in a bookshop in 12 years ago. I wanted to write this review to tell anyone reading it: you already have everything you need for a loving, successful relationship. You don’t need a stranger - who has never met you or your future partner - to tell you how to win someone’s heart. Every relationship and every individual is unique; there’s no one-size-fits-all formula.

Please save your money and treat yourself instead. This person offers nothing of value. Yes, he uses his polished English accent and charm to convince people to pay for his advice - but I too am a well-spoken English girl from the Home Counties, and I would never dream of exploiting that for financial gain. To me, that approach is unethical and immoral.

I purchased one of Matthew Hussey’s programmes around 12 months ago at a significant cost, during a time when I was emotionally vulnerable — which, let’s be honest, is likely true for many of his customers.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The user interface was poor, and the content fell well below expectations — especially given the brand and reputation. I had expected something far more considered and valuable. I ended up not using the programme and accepted it as an expensive mistake.

Fast forward to last week, when I noticed another large payment pending on my account. I had no idea this was set up as an ongoing annual subscription.

I immediately contacted customer support before the payment was even taken, and what followed was honestly shocking:

They refused to refund the charge
They would not engage in any meaningful discussion
This was despite clear mitigating factors:
I contacted them before the money left my account
The account had been completely inactive
Their renewal email had gone to spam
I was told I would need to send a physical letter to the US to escalate — with no tracking and no email escalation option

This is completely out of line with what most would consider acceptable customer service today.

To make matters worse, I explained that I am currently going through a difficult divorce and that this money genuinely matters. There was zero empathy or flexibility shown.

For a brand built on relationships, emotional awareness, and being “people-focused,” this experience has been the exact opposite.

At this point, it’s hard not to conclude that this business is far more focused on revenue than on its customers.

Avoid at all costs.

Just a mediocre AI bot - you can use any free AI and get better advice. I hadn’t used the app in months but because I had emergency surgery and subsequent cancer diagnosis, I forgot to cancel in time and got charged $39 which I absolutely could not afford because of unexpected medical bills.
I explained all this to them to request even a partial refund but was refused. Just another inhuman internet money grab. Stay away.

I find Matthew to be very passionate and authentic. His advice is great, the whole team dynamic is wonderful. Joining the Love life coaching program has been one of the best things I've done. It helped me heal from heartbreak, get confident about myself, create a life that I love and continues to be a consistent and positive part of my life. Whenever I feel I'm having a tough time mentally and emotionally, I log in and find a course that helps me work through my issue. Matthew AI has also been immensely helpful. The fact that he remembers where you left the conversation off and can continue is amazing. He was able to help me resolve a few things and give me great advice that I applied and so far, all of it has worked. You can pick and chose what you need, when you need. The variety of courses and tools is great. Being able to go at your own pace has helped me not feel overwhelmed, because there's a lot of stuff. Love this program and I highly recommend for anyone that is ready to make a change.

It’s nice to have an objective third party to run things by; using friends only goes so far. Matthew AI is not judgmental and I love the wording suggestions it gives based on Matthew’s years of teachings! Plus, I love how it does remember everything i tell it, and it refers back to those things I’ve said before. Everything is written in text so I can refer back to it anytime I need to

Not what I expected it to be

I like that I have access 24/7 to ask anything I'd like. I might not always agree with the answers...But at least it gives me a basis to go off of. It's a lot better than waiting for a dating coach to get back to you... Who may not even have the expertise to answer your question.

I like it the way I can ask my question anytime I need to and then my dear Matthew AI is there to advise me immediately. For me it is helpful and practical. Thanks 🙏

A friend recommended this to me and it is super convenient and helpful especially with it being 24/7. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!! I’ve had circumstances come up in my personal relationship where I’d start drafting a text, then I’d go to Matthew AI & he would give me a different suggestion, soften up the response, but still get the point across. Plus, the community that exists within Love Life is supportive and we can learn a lot from each other.

I recommend the programme for anyone who is stuggling with getting clarity about dating in this modern world, especially in the older age group. I love to chat with AI Matthew when I am seeking clarity on a way forward. I like that there are different people also adding their thoughts into the mix. Even if you're in a relationship there are still great tips around communication and much more that you can put into practice in every day situations. Thanks team.

It guided me as I worked on boundaries and pacing, with encouragement, reassurance, and practical tips. It gave me the push to pursue a new connection and helped me sort out my intentions before dates. Most importantly, it helped me sit with the uncertainty of building something steady without panicking about them disappearing or slipping into over-functioning. I got consistent reminders to be patient, take things slow, and trust that the pattern forming was based on my values, not surface stuff.

I work with a therapist too, but between sessions this app is a really useful tool.
