Sold my house with this agency and had six viewers on the first day with multiple offers. Could not recommend them more. Excellent process and communication.

Contacted via form on website and also left a voicemail to arrange a viewing and to ask a few questions regarding the property we was interested in. This was at the beginning of December and still heard nothing. Wouldn't like to think I had my house up for sale with an agent and not return calls when the property has been sat on the market a while.

I have tried to get a viewing on a property and have contacted them 5 times over the space of a couple of weeks and given my details to them twice and I still haven’t been able to arrange a viewing. Absolutely appalling service. Would never use them for any property service.
