I recently ordered for the third and last time from this shop, I had gotten "Soft Pink" and "Cerise", the pink was okay, not super vibrant but not the worst pink I've ever used, however the other color was advertised as a dark red, as soon as I got the bottle, I could tell that it would NOT be red or anything close to it, the color turned out Magenta, which was very upsetting, on top of that the dye looked like it had unmixed pieces of pigment in it, very sad. Won't buy here again and don't recommend it.

Great products! My wife is always very happy to have such an easy way to switch colors up from time to time and it stays very long!

Disgusting and fraudulent! I cancelled my order. Got 3 emails from the customer service, waited for more than 4 weeks for a refund or any information about it. I will probably never get it back.
I will report this company to the police as I have informed them also.

The product has never arrived and, although I've sent multiples emails - the only communication option - I haven't received any answers nor my money back. Total scam!
