Placed an order of 7/7/26.
They confirmed it was dispatched on 9/7/26.
Delivery was already delayed past promised 10 working days and scheduled for 24/7/26. Then 25/7. Then 26/7. They haven't even bothered to tell me my delivery was canceled today.

I also paid £60 for removal only for them to tell me that they no longer offer removals. They promised to refund the £60 on 12/7 but haven't even received confirmation that it has been processed yet.

As others have said, they don't answer the phone and only respond to emails if they fancy it. Even then, they don't follow through on what they've promised. Absolutely atrocious customer service, if you can call it service. I've been sleeping on the floor while waiting for my order.

And others have said they charge for cancellations? Yeah, absolutely not right after receiving zero service or goods.

Arrived in time. Great communication... Completed our bedroom. Have bought another for spare room.

Friendly delivery - very sturdy bed - took a while to assemble but very pleased

Bedbase ordered. Took slightly longer than expected.

Delivery team Hasan and his colleague. Very respectful. Given time slot which they arrived within. Called prior. Once arrived nothing too much hassle. Respectful and polite.

Excellent service from Kasim and Hassan the drivers. Beds set up. Fantastic value. Highly recommended.

Ordered on the website. Waited a while for delivery. Delivery went well. When it finally came. The guys who delivered, Hasan and co worker were very polite. When I rang to see when my order would be delivered, they never answered the phone. Not good customer service. Quality good. Very pleased.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. 4 times so far my order-has been cancelled either through so called damage or-their courier service has let them down. They never answer their phones and send an email last thing saying their phones are not working. They are happy to take your money though, have asked for a refund but lets-see how long that takes !! I am-so disappointed !!

I paid in full for a complete bed set. Informed guaranteed delivery 3 to 7 days. 6 weeks later I have still not received goods ordered. It is impossible to reach them via telephone. I have spent weeks emailing the company, have been given 4 delivery dates each time cancelled at the last minute. After the 3rd failed delivery 18 July, This week I was contacted by Sam who guaranteed my delivery Saturday 25 July, however just received another cancellation. Each time company has blamed the delivery drivers, if they are that bad, use an alternative company, why keep using an inefficient service. I urge everyone to think very carefully before placing an order with this company as I can assure you the stress and frustration will be detrimental to your health. Now the battle begins to get my money back, but if need be will be taking this matter further. I would not even give them 1 star.

Do not buy from this company paid for a bed over a month ago got constantly messed around changing delivery dates ,trying to get my refund but to no success a month later,then had the cheek to tel me through email thst they are taking 25 per cent cancellation fee.
Wnt answer the phone keep putting it down ,caused me nothing but stress,

the bed was deliverd with missing parts, i had to wait almost 2 weeks for the missing part to be deliverd. my son who is only 8 years old has slept on the bed for 2 weeks and can feel the springs sticking out. i have contacted them as the mattress must be faulty and asked for them to exchange it to be told that since it has been slept on they can’t for hygiene reasons. absolutely shocking reply and customer service. AVOID!!!

Really pleased with the quality of the bed for the price. It’s comfortable and looks wonderful.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! it took four weeks for my delivery to come which was a Bed and therefore had to live in a lot of discomfort for that prolonged time period. During that time my delivery slot got rearranged on numerous occasions resulting in me staying in a lot of days from work. The company only seems to respond by email and do not take phone calls. I’ve tried calling on numerous occasions and not had any success going through and have requested a call back on three occasions which they never followed up. On the day of delivery I was promised this would arrive between 4 pm and 7 pm so again, I took half of the day off work to be in for it but instead it arrived at 10 pm given the poor service in the past and the lack of contact this was extremely stressful as we assumed the bed was not showing up again and almost ordered another Bed putting us hundreds of pounds down. This caused me a lot of stress as I generally thought this company had gone into liquidation particularly given the other bad reviews over the past few weeks whereby I thought I was not getting my money back alongside my Bed. No instructions came with the Bed.

bought a bed 9 weeks ago from this company and it arrived scratched broken and damaged.
I returned it 8 weeks ago and they cknowledge they have received it but still no refund. each time I email them all I get is the same reply.

A truly dishonest and fraudulant company who I have reported to trading standards.

DO NOT ORDER - scam company , worst experience ever , the delivery company used is them too! You get put through to the same guy after being on hold for hours , keep moving my delivery date so it’s not actually going to turn up , do not order!! Already reported them

I was impressed. Delivery was on time. Drivers called 30 mins before and put it in the bedroom. Bed is lovely quality and mattress is comfy. Highly recommended.

I ordered a bed which was delivered damaged. I have been refused a refund, and instead was offered 10% compensation. After advising them I am entitled a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2025, was told I could cancel the order for a 25% fee plus 5% admin fee. I have now filed a claim for a full refund through the small claims court. I would advise anyone considering a purchase to do their homework and check the status of this company on the companies house website.

Do not order from this shit company. They have no clue what they are doing, kept changing my delivery date. Won’t cancel my order being waiting 3 weeks for the bed. Then was meant to deliver my bed but they broke it actually bloody joke. Shit customer service aswell.

What an absolute joke this company is! Ordered a divan bed base at a reasonable price. The bed arrived in an acceptable time frame but was broken and bashed about. They did apologise and said a replacement would take place. Have them the benefit of the doubt. Bad mistake as I have now been waiting two months, another replacement arrived broken and now delivery dates keep changing for the third replacement. They also trade under forty winks beds which is not true as I contacted them to. I keep getting fobbed off on emails and threatened with taking 30% off my refunded price if I want to return what they delivered as broken. The delivery company who supposedly are not connected have the same elevator waiting music, same options and mighty similar address. So clearly a scam dodgy company. Do not waste or lose your money!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Skeptical at first after seeing some bad reviews but the price was good and they have a lot more good than bad reviews. I did call them after placing the order and seeing the reviews to express my concerns but they told me they had been having issues with their transport company but it is all sorted now.
