Excellent service and delivery was ok, can’t control the drivers that delivery folks use, unfortunately.
Packages (heavy) were thrown off the truck, busting the boxing open but thank goodness there was no damage.
So a five star on the product and 1 star oh the delivery workers.

Top notch company/customer service
We received our carpet for our Crownline and it needed some adjusting. Their customer service is better than any company I have ever worked with! Their product is top notch. The entire experience was easy peasy
The entire experience was easy peasy! I had to customize a couple of measurements and they gladly applied those to my carpet for a perfect fit! About halfway through our boating season up here on Green Bay and carpeting seems to be holding up very well, as it should!

Customer Service at its finest
I had some issues with the carpet not fitting correctly and I thought it was going to be very difficult to resolve. I called customer service and spoke with Andrea, she was very pleasant to speak with. She was extremely helpful every time I called. She put a rush on my order, followed up with phone call confirmation and always did what she said she was going to do.

Great quality standard carpet and great experience
Great quality standard carpet replacement for my Glastron. The fit is near perfect with only one minor issue where the hole for the table is slightly off center but this is by no means a big deal. The snaps were easy to put on by using a sharpie and the snap tool purchased from Amazon ( the cheaper $35 version) sent in the email from Matworks. I spoke with them directly as I ordered and Andrea was awesome to work with. I have recommended them to all my boating friends. You will not be disappointed.
