Horrible customer service, one of the bras they sent was the wrong size. They offered me a $3 refund. Seriously? I complained, requested a replacement bra in the correct size, was offered $9 instead. Then was told if I wanted a full refund, I would have to send the item back TO CHINA, on my dime. No mention of a replacement. All because THEY sent the wrong item. Bra is nice, company is awful, so not worth it. Be careful!

I received my bras and I am happy with them I ordered a size larger than I normally buy and am glad I did . Whilst there was no response when trying to contact them to see when they would ship my order. If you follow the tracking link they send you you can find out where your order is or if it has been shipped yet. They emailed me as soon as they had shipped the order. I was able to then go back to Maurreened via tracking link and keep an eye on my parcel till it arrived.

Order placed on 1/20/23. I still have not received an email that my package has been fulfilled or shipped. I have emailed them twice and just a generated response. If I do not hear anything by next week, I'm contacting PayPal for a full refund and will be contacting the BBB.

I want my money back I've tried multiple to cancel order . Still haven't received an I do not want this is a fake company Do not order from this company it is hell trying to cancel order an get refund . Once you complain on social media you are blocked . I just want my $40 back I will never use pay pal again thinking I was protecting my purchase they give you the run around as well I need a refund for my money now ... Do not use this company ever !!! The sizing is incorrect, way off, I'm a fairly universal 36E but the cup fits very poorly with the wiring sitting an inch and a half from my sternum and significant overhang from the cup. Technically the label says 36E so I can't return the items for a refund as the returns policy is only 14 days for defective items, there is no change of mind or exchange option, any returns also come at the cost of the buyer, while this isn't uncommon for many businesses, it can be costly given that they ship world wide. Trust your gut and shop where you know.
I also, very suspiciously have been inundated by spam / phishing emails since providing my email address for my order, this is the only places I've provided my email to in the last 2 months so it doesn't seem like a stretch in logic that it's related.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I ordered two bras on 1/9/23 it's now 1/20/23 and did not receive anything. Emailed them twice with no answer. Blocked me on Facebook which I reported them on. I really hate the fact that FB and IG don't do a better job with vetting these scammers

I have not purchased but was going to after reading social media reviews but then I decided to go outside sm and read other reviews. I'm some glad I came across these and the reviews are this company is a scam until they have gone as far as posting fake reviews with bad grammar and some as a rebuttal to negative reviews left here. I won't be purchasing so someone in Indonesia can take my hard earned funds.

I ordered these bra's almost a month ago and I have not received anything yet! I have a tracking number that literally tracks nothing and I have not been able to speak with customer service. This was definitely a scam and if I had know I was ordering from another country I would not have bothered. I guess I can chalkbthat up to $80 loss and another lesson learned. Although I will be contacting PayPal to see if there is anything they can do on their end.

I was very excited about trying this product. I have not received the product although I ordered it in December 2022. I emailed them with no response on 12/29/22. It is now January 14, 2023. Their advertising says you can track your order although when I click on the tracking link it won't let you track. If they would respond to me I would forgive the lateness. Just respond so I know when I can expect my order that is paid in full.

I ordered a bra from here and it didn't
fit . I emailed them 3 xs and no response and I sent a message on FB and they blocked me. Luckily, I only pay with PayPal and I was refunded promptly.

They sent me tracking number and it isn't tracking anything. You can get the same looking bras from Kohls. It looks like they just stole pictures and put it on their website.

Terrible Customer service . This company sent me two different sized bras neither fit the fabric was flimsy and sizes do not seem to be American sizing. I emailed them 10 times or more, requesting a return shipping label so I could request a refund before the deadline.
The company just kept giving me the run around. I never did receive the return label. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

If I could leave no star I would. I ordered two bras one tan and one pink. I ordered sizes based on measuring with a tape measure. Two different bra styles arrived after a month. Neither fit and I can't get a full refund without paying to return it. So now I can't go get a bra that actually fits and will last. The most they will return is 50% of my order $19.39. careful with your order or they will just take your money with no intent of giving it back if their product doesn't work for you.

They have scammed me and I can’t get in touch with anyone at all. They took 80 out of my bank and I received nothing!

They are legitimate in that you received a product from them; HOWEVER, after receiving a size I did not order, they refused to correct the error. They instead offered a partial refund or a refund after I payed return shipping. This was their error not mine. I provided pictures to show I received the wrong item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to waste your time and money.

This is a scam. Emails to their customer service email fail. Tracking number is fake. Merchandise never arrived.

Awful! Waited over a month to receive it and it didn’t even look like what was advertised. There was no documentation in bag for a return so I had to search through emails to find it. Total scan and rip off

Update: I like mostly everyone of Maureenedd's customers if not all was given the run around. I ordered my bras and they were supposed to be made and shipped from the U.S. which I now realized they weren't. They promised delivery in between 5 to 12 days....well that would have been I should have received my order on the 28th of October and no later than the 8th of November. Needless to say I never received them only bogus tracking numbers that showed no activity. Well good news PayPal found in my favor and took the money back from them. So I'm so grateful because based on the reviews of how substandard the quality of the merchandise was next I would have been playing the return game with them. So I was told when nd if ever I receive the merchandise I could keep it or return it.....I'll more than likely just put it in the garbage like the trash it is. I will continue to spread the word about this scam of a company.
