Ordered from this company before and had no problem, this time round it's been a very different story. They didn't have the item u paid for they called me and I asked them to cancel the order and they then refused to refund me. I emailed I called and left messages and after a few calls they decided not to answer my number anymore. I have had to make a formal complaint through PayPal to try and get a refund. This is unacceptable I am very disappointed. Will not be returning to them. So be warned if you are ordering from them.
Re Reply: You actually NEVER spoke to me!!!! PayPal informed me that they tried to contact you in vain!!!! So please do not make up stories out of thin air!!!
