Hi. Nice packaging of my goods but the brede songe did not come and I would have appreciated if you would have informed me of that beforehand. I'm not even sure if this has been refunded. And it took you a week after I ordered to process it. That's why it's 3 stars Apart from that thank you. Missed the taste from home.

Took very long to ackowledge the purchase and the delivery process started when I logged a case on paypal asking for a refund. I've ordered a prince lu biscuit. I never got it and never got a refund for that. Very bad experience.

They go the extra mile
This company are just brilliant and certainly go the extra mile for their customers.
Not only did they manage to get the curry powder I struggled to find anywhere else, it was delivered to me in double quick time along with what was a very personal service.
Will definitely use them again without a doubt.
