Mavis Tires on Amherst Street in…
Thanks for contacting me four months later. Called you twice recently: fifth and ninth in queue... Already invested about 15 hours on this problem and and have filed a complaint and review with the BBB. Citizens Bank "do nothing/incompetent dispute department" was to reopen. They were all too happy to side with your fraud and indifference and never looked at my records or emails.
Mavis Tires on Amherst Street in Nashua, NH, outright defrauded me. Purchased one replacement tire for $178.73. However, Ian processed a charge for four tires for $718.73. Months trying to resolve through Citizens Bank. Ian promised to correct. Mike promised a call back from "Eddie" to resolve. Never called. Completely disreputable. Plan to report them to BBB and AGs office. Appalling experience...
