My gear shift was stuck in neutral at a fast food restaurant near my Mavis dealer. When I called for advice, Mark dropped what he was doing to come have a look. He correctly diagnosed the problem. I had the car towed to Mavis and Mark and his team had me good to go in 24 hours! Rare to find such quality customer service and expert work these days! Thank you Mark and the Mavis team!

Mark and his team did an outstanding…
Mark and his team did an outstanding job fixing a 2015 Buick Enclave Side Mirror motor. It was not an easy job! They worked hard and quickly, even when dealer parts were difficult to find. We've used them for all of our car needs for 8 years, as they ALWAYS are fair, honest, and professional. We highly recommend Mark and his terrific team.
