I would like to comment about the great customer service I received from ROBERT at your Austell location in Georgia. Robert was very concerned about an oil issue I had with my car. When I walked through the front door I was greeted by Robert. I was anxious about my car and Robert sensed it. When I told Robert about my concerns, he said don't worry I got you. Being a mother, who son is thousand miles away and who normally helps me with my car problems, I was glad to hear the reassurance from Robert. He gave me some wonderful suggestions which I can say today my car has been running exceptional ever since. I want to bring light to the wonderful customer service I received from Robert. I retired from a customer service supervisor for 30 plus years. I believe Robert has the empathy coupled with kindness that is needed in this field working with people every day. I always believe that customer service should always be number 1 because the news of great customer service travels fast and therefore keeps and creates customers. Thank you so much for hiring Robert great customer service!

we have always received good service at Mavis and the staff has kept us well Informed. Prices are fair and they’ve always helpful. today, Jaylan was great.

Tori and Jaylan were top notch! They were extremely professional. Tori was very communicvative every step of the way and very empathetic to my needing assistance with paying! I am a new customer who will now have all my car needs serviced by them!

Visited this location today, August 5, 2024 for a brake inspection. Miranda and the GM Tori were both polite, and knowledgeable. The car was road tested first and then the wheels were all removed for a through inspection. Concerns were identified and discussed with me first and then listed and itemized on a bill of sale for me to determine when I was ready to proceed with repairs. While I could not proceed with repairs today, I was very impressed with this location and will return for repairs at a different date.

Accessing my needs and they have great customer service

Went in bc tire light was on. I arrived 5 minutes before they opened, but was invited to have a seat until they were ready. Waiting area was standard, TV a bit loud for me, but clean. Turns out all that was needed was for the light to be reset. They inspected/checked pressure of all 4 tires, and reset light free of charge! All ‘round pleasant experience.

My Oil Change was pretty quick! Thank you!

Long-time customer. Went in to get an oil change and didn't ask the price. They charged me $85! Last time it was only $55. Same oil change down the road at Tires Plus was $29.99. Took almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

They also only take physical payment - cash, credit or debit card. They seized my car and would not let me pay with digital means. They aren't able to enter your credit card number, exp. date, etc. manually into their system - only hard payments.

Tori provided excellent, accurate and quick service. I prefer to business with the Mavis thar she works at. She is always honest and fair.

Tori & Evander made my less than favorable problem a lot more favorable. From off-site communication, to conflict resolution, and everything in between. After a NO COST check of my brakes, Tori personally showed me the good, the bad, and the ugly of what I suspected to be the problem. She was kind, yet direct, (not commonly seen in the auto industry) and let me know all different options for the costs of all that comes with vehicles. I felt respected, seen, and like my business was appreciated. From here on out, I will be bringing my car needs to Tori & crew. (Probably even with things that don't fall under their scope of problem solving) Thanks guys!

I purchase some brakes, tires and rotors from Austell location. Drove a few days wheels smoken.. called shop, they said bring back in . The customer service from the team there is amazing.. Tori and her team alway ensure all her customers have a fair an pleasurable experience while doing business in her store. Thanks so much for always making my experience pleasurable each visit. I recommend them to my family and friends.. and I'm a hard customer to please.

Went to the Austell Mavis store this morning with a large bolt in the right rear tire. Decided to get 4 new tires since it is my wife's car. Chose the best tire I was offered and told I was getting a discount. My wife and I waited and watched as the tires were being put on and watched as it was taken to the other side and put on an alignment machine. I did not request an alignment since we have the dealer do those. I saw the tech and asked him what he was doing and he said he was checking the alignment. I told him I did not request an alignment. The writer of our sale then came and told us that the alignment was included in the price and that she told us, (my wife and I), Both of us we're standing at the counter and we went through the list of the items we were purchasing, an alignment was not on the list. She offered us a $20 discount for an $89 alignment that was just a check according to the technician. We felt deceived and to add insult, a person with a T-shirt that said Transition, I'm assuming that they help transition the store from being another tire store, whispered to the sales person, I'm thinking, telling her to make sure we signed the invoice stating that I approved the items listed because that was her next move. I did not sign it nor do I approve of the way it was handled.

Greetings always says so much which lead to high levels of customer service as well as respectful team efforts to complete a successful task. This is the experience I witnessed from Dera and her team. Thanks so much for your service and you will see me in the future.
