My experience comes via two different…

My experience comes via two different stores. The first store manager told me when I arrived that he had no help to do my work, so Erik sent me to another Mavis about 25 miles away. Erik was great to talk with and gave me a great reference.
Alex, the manager of the other Mavis store, was great to work with and honest. My truck needed a front brake job, which I was only there because of a slight front end wiggle. Alex showed me my problem and I appreciated him being that way. The mechanic and Alex treated me the way a customer should be treated!! I was not ready to hear about the brakes, but the calipers were not working correctly, a rust problem. I am very pleased with how I was treated! Mavis has a customer oriented crew there and should be proud of them.
