Had a set appointment for 10:00 am

Had a set appointment for 10:00 am. Waited 3 hours and decided to reschedule because I was an hour or two still out. Made another appointment for the following week at 8 am and was told that it should be done in an hour. I showed up two hours later and my truck hasn't moved. Very poor communication and I will likely never go back.
