I made an appointment for two tires and they checked my car and found a couple more things that needed to be addressed. And I appreciate that very much, I even got an oil change. Danny, Bill and the other guys went above and beyond. Thank you so much and I made it on time to go to work.

I was a walk in and they took me right way. Repair my tire in a timely fashion, courteous and really helpful in a time of need.

There is a Latino guy named Mel at this location who has a bad snarky attitude. Not sure why management keeps him at the front desk. Not only does he have poor customer service skills, he also is known to switch prices on people. I would not go to this place ever again. On the phone my oil change was $39. In person he told me $90. What a waste of time. And the shady activities going on there is extremely questionable. The police or ICE might want to investigate this place.

I just went in for an oil change and had to spend 260.00. Very disappointed with the deception. It’s done behind the notion of manufacture recommended. I would not go back there for any reason. Manager was rude to foreign customer seeking help.

This is my second purchase of tires with Mavis and I will no longer use them again. I am a former mechanic and know a little bit about cars. They said I needed new struts and rear shocks to the tune of $1400. This is obviously an upsell to generate more profit. The reason I am writing this so that I do not want another person from being ripped off because they lack the knowledge of what questions to ask and avoid paying for parts and labor that you don’t need

Saturday November 4th I made apt and was asked to drop my E350 Mercedes Benz wagon off. We had spoken with two different people prior to dropping the vehicle off on Saturday. The second person we spoke to the gentleman asked if we could get our car there before noon so that it would be done by 5 o’clock when they closed. We got the car there around 11:30, 1145. The store closed at 5 so at 4:30 PM we had had no update. We had called Mavis discount tire in Brookhaven. We were advised, by the front desk, girl, Jess, who was very rude, inconsiderate, and ignorant. That she was supposed to call us a little while ago to let us know they were unable to Plug our tire. We were very confused and upset because we had dropped our car off to get four brand new tires. Jess was in fact, the one of the two we spoke with that gave us our instruction along with the quote for the four tires, Jessica laughed it off and said “oh my bad” “I assumed you needed a plug because you had a flat tire.” AGAIN confused I’m not sure why someone would or could assume anything at all after having an appointment for something so specific FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES. Laughing she quickly put us on hold and went to find somebody. “Jess” then told us she would be having the manager contact us by the end of the night. Nobody had given us a call. That Sunday morning came, I had left a message around eight requesting a call back ASAP. 9 o’clock came and went still no phone call back, they open up at nine. We then called again, and we spoke with Jim Fults, was very clueless to the fact of what my car was even doing there, so from the beginning this again was a mess clearly. Mr. Fults Guaranteed that the car would be done for us today, Sunday November 5th. We got a phone call no more than 45 minutes later (12:45) saying they were having trouble getting our front drivers wheel off, that one of the nuts was giving them an issue. We advise them to not touch that front wheel. We would handle it and to please leave it alone and we would be there to pick it up. At this point I just wanted my car back. Five minutes later phone rang, It was again, Mr. Fults told to tell us that they went ahead and tried to get the lug off of the car and damaged it. When it came time to pick my car up now 24 hours later, all four of rims where severely damaged. They actually put a torch to my wheel to try and get the tire off (which they left on because they broke the lug.) I was told “oh well, it’s just the car.” “You can take it elsewhere or up with cooperate if I would like.” I was charged for everything they would do for four tiers when in fact, they only did three. THEN gave us an issue for wanting the fourth tire. We were charged for things like a service replacement TPMS valve, which were not done. In the end POLICE showed and made reports, and in fact, agreed to the fact I need to reach out to corporate for the severe damages, along with the grease on top of each fender and hood . I have called and left messages for them In hopes of them giving me a call back to get this issue resolved.

Yes, the entire bill was paid in full. BUT I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO TURN AROUND AND DRIVE AWAY NOW.

Jimmy Fults and “Jess” sat there laughing about how my car came out. “Jess” actually come out side yelling “WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE” while smoking her cigarette in my face. There was absolutely no customer service and the ignorance was out of this world.

I had a great experience with Mavis.
I needed a lot of work on my car and new tires. The staff is always so open and honest and professional with me, they called and helped make a plan for a safe drive home for the holidays. Most honest mechanics and store management around. Definitely reccomend!

If u value your car DONT go here. Lost my lug nuts and made me go to auto parts store to buy more. Terrible sound in my wheels since they put tires on. Johnny has no idea what he’s doing. Zane won’t take responsibility. Workers just standing around not working. Terrible place. Don’t go there. No one in charge of shop. Was first in line when they opened and it took four hours to get two tires put on badly!!!!

The service was excellent! Customer service exceptional and very fast and friendly! Brookhaven pa!

I had a flat tire and was stuck waiting on roadside assistance for 5 hours I had somebody come help me take the tire off but it was stuck I was at the wawa across the street from mavis i went over there and Joe was a big help to me he got my tire off without a problem and put my spare on for me he did an amazing job I really appreciate them for helping me I highly recommend them to anyone and I will sent them right to joe thank you mavis you have some amazing staff they was very kind to me I really appreciate the service thank you so much!!!!!! Car needed two new tires. Called and were told they could do it today. Took the car over at 10:30 AM. Place closes at 5 PM, so called to check at 4 PM - still said it would be done today. Arrived at 4:50 PM and was told the mechanic had the keys in his hand. An hour and a half later, the car was still not taken into a bay. Had to leave and will get it tomorrow. Terrible service. I understand understaffing but stop saying it will be done when there isn't staff to complete it.

We paid three new tires yesterday. They all look dirty and ugly than the tire I replaced 7 months, and other two years ago. They told us "they are brand new" "you can wash them". And one of the agent told us"you are not welcome here", not sure if we have asian face or not. But we are Americans.
