I was helped today by Michael at the mavis on camp hill and he was amazing! So easy to understand and he was very kind and good at communicating. Highly reccomend!

Went in for an inspection and my vehicle was lifted at the wrong spots and bent pinched welds vehicle then they said my tire was plugged but when i went to dealer to have replaced they found it was not plugged and was a piece of metal caught between treads that was easily removed then when they mounted my spare on vehiccle they ripped the attachment zipper off of the cover . Would not send my worst enemy there!!!!

I took my Volkswagen Beetle for an inspection at Team One in New Cumberland. I was told that I failed the safety inspection due to needing the right front hub bearing assembly needing replaced. Due to the cost, I took my car to Mavis in Camp Hill. I was told that the bearing assembly was fine and did not need replaced. The gentleman from Mavis reached out to Team One and they told him that it was in the notes but offered no further explanation.

If you are given a quote from Team One, definitely get a second opinion!! I also HIGHLY recommend Mavis in Camp Hill. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them.

I came to them asking to plug my tire that I had bought new a month before. they told me that where the nail was in the tire was unable to be plugged and recommended I buy a new tire. The hole was in the center of the thick tread and when I brought it to another shop they said that it wasn’t a problem at all. Also when trying to get my tire back after then inspecting it they gave me a lot of attitude and didn’t give me the valve stem until I noticed when putting the tire in my trunk and confronted them. Reluctantly they gave it back to me and laughed as I walked away. Told my whole family and friends family and neither of them will be returning who were regular customers at the Chambersburg location.

These guys are great..No matter what I have went in for..new tires...rotate tires..inspection..light bulb change..they are so prompt and pleasant to talk to...Even if phone is ringing off hook or 5 people standing there all at once they are still very nice..If I didn't get oil changed for free..I would be there for that too.

Took my wife's car for inspection. They said it needed rear shocks to pass inspection because they were leaking. I said I'll do the work and bring back for sticker. The man on phone sounded disappointed. His name was Kobe. I took the car home and replaced the shocks. I inspected the shocks I removed found no issues my self. So I took them to the Firestone dealer near me to look at the shocks I removed. He said they were fine no problems. So I think I'm a victim of fraud. Trying to make money for something that didn't need done. I will not return to this company for service. And I will make sure I tell my friends and family the same.

Extremely disappointed with my vehicles service today. Went in for an oil change and asked to have the car looked over brakes,tires,battery etc…Technician did nothing I asked for left with tire pressure light on same as I came in completely unprofessional only 1 tech working on several vehicles I craftsmanship work I will never ever return to Mavis in my opinion just as bad as jiffy lube and that’s bad !!!
