Hands down great customer service

Hands down great customer service! I had a blowout on 190 exactly 0.8 miles from the store not knowing that the store even existed. With tire pressure on 6psi I eased into the parking lot and was immediately greeting by a guy named Drew! He diagnosed my situation and quickly stated you’re definitely going to need a brand new tire but I don’t think we have your tire in stock. Even after knowing that he still checked and took all my information and offered to place my spare tire on my 550 CLS Mercedez and had the other workers out my original rim and tire back in my trunk all within 20 mins and to make things even less stressful he did it with no charge at all and a smile! I previously told him I was headed to DFW airport to pick up my daughter and he showed genuine kindness and regard due to the circumstances. And for that alone they gained a new customer! It’s good to know there’s still good people in the world that care and it’s not about if you’re spending money as a customer or not!! I highly recommend this particular store and be sure to ask for Drew!
