Mavis Tire - Chadds Ford Reviews 10

Been going to Mavis for a long time. Michelin tires have never lasted on my Tesla for the guaranteed mileage. The Mavis folks were always very nice with helping use the warranty. NOT this time. They were downright rude, unhelpful and said I had to contact Michelin directly this time. Then they tried to confuse me that I didnt have road hazard warrant which has NOTHING to do with this warranty issue for mileage

I had my state inspection done quickly as promised and everything went fine! Cristina is a terrific manager and is thorough and very accommodating to customers!

Excellent service! Honest folks! I was there with a flat tire. They got the nail out and fixed it in no time. They did not even charge me for this. I strongly recommend this place.

They were quick, honest, and a good price too. Mel knows what he’s talking about. I’ve seen managers come and go keep Mel there and give him a raise too cause he’s killing it.

I went to get tires, brakes, front end rotors and wheel alignment. It took 6 hrs. I found that my vehicle was left unattended for long periods of time while I was being told that it was almost done. I had to stand at the front of the garage and encourage the mechanic to please finish my work. He kept leaving to do tires. Many people came in after me and left before me. After watching this and reading reviews I began thinking I should have went somewhere else. After many hrs and alot of preasuring them to finish my vehicle, the mgr gave me a card for a free oil change. I took thinking, yeah ok... I already knew I was never coming back here. The next day while driving my grandson to school, I started hearing a noise. I didn't trust taking my vehicle back there so I took it to Pep Boys for a brake inspection. I was told that my rear caliper bolts were loose and missing. I was planning a long road trip for the labor day weekend. They fixed the problem. This could have been deadly. I called the Mavis in Chadds Ford and informed them. The mgr Jim was very apologetic and said his people will be disciplined and that he will contact corporate and get back to me. He also said he would pay for Pep Boys service. To date I haven't been contacted by anyone. DO NOT use this location. The next mistake they make could kill you. I was lucky and blessed that I paid attention to the noise and distrusted the work. You might not be so lucky and their carelessness could mean tragedy for you and your family

The manager, Jim was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much. It was a great experience buying my first set of tires.

I have been a retail employee for 37 yrs and know compliments are rare, but I was very happy with my experience in your store, and wanted to let you know…Upon arrival at your store I was greeted by a very nice man, Ted was his name. I had a few questions about tires for my car. He was extremely helpful, I wasn’t ready to purchase yet and was not certain what I needed. After speaking with him , he was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely bring my business there. Great employee!!! Thank You!!!

JR and Gary were ultimate professionals when dealing with my tire issue. They went above the call of duty getting my car ready the day of drop off even though i had no appointment. My kids were very happy that our vacation was not delayed!!!!!
