The Chatham Mavis's assistant manager…
The Chatham Mavis's assistant manager was polite, thorough, and checked through services I might want, in addition to changing our my snow tires. He did not pressure me to do any additional services, but told me the costs before I waited to have service done, and explained the price structure for various services. The mechanic who pulled the car out of the garage was also polite and pleasant, and the work was done within the time frame that was promised. The physical plant was clean and orderly.
