I cant say enough about my experience at the Cheektowaga Mavis. I was in the middle of seeing patients in my day and my tire pressure alert went on. I stopped by Mavis and spoke to the gentleman at the desk and explained the situation. He got me right in a bay and found the problem. I had two nails in my tire. They fixed it right away and I was back on the road. Thank you so much Mavis!

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT: Brought my car in at 60K miles for a brake and suspension check, knowing that a rear suspension issue existed. Was told by Ali the manager that I needed new shocks in the rear for $550 and that both ball joints in the front end needed replacement for another $850 and possibly an additional $350 for other brake work, like new pads, may be discovered when they replace the ball joints. I decided to wait on front end work and get a second opinion. Different mechanic just told me my front end ball joints are in perfect condition and that front brake pads are 3/4's worn if I want to change them out now for $240 or wait a little bit longer. Shame on Mavis for dishonest business practices. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere. Untrustworthy.

I got a flat tire on Sunday afternoon while visiting the Buffalo area. Mavis Tire Supply was about 0.5 miles away, and they helped me immediately. Great service and amazing speed, I was out on the road again with a fixed tire in less than 20 minutes. I appreciated the team’s friendliness and care about their customer. I highly recommend their service!
