Do Yourself a favor and never take your car to mavis discount tire. They can’t even get a simple oil change, right they do not stand behind their work, and the regional manager doesn’t even realize if a car engine has no oil in it it overheats. SMH Zero Stars!!

Customer service is great! Mrs Liz was very communicative about parts and labor fees no long waits for updates.. they are great working with customers by offering multiple ways to pay balance and offer discounts which is a plus. This is my first visit and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or anxious with the services in the shop. I will recommend Mavis to anyone needing good services with a clean warm waiting area…excellent services….

I came looking for tires but got sooo much more! Shanice was AWESOME!!!
All of the staff are Great however the Customer Service I got from Ms. Shanice was what kept me at Mavis!! She was very kind, patient and effective in handling the very long line and the very busy Waiting Area!! They didnt have the tires i needed but Shanice assured me they Would be ordered and ready to put on my car in two days! I could’ve gone somewhere else but I decided to come back to Mavis!!
