I took my car to Mavis because my steering wheel was veering to the left badly. They called me 3 TIMES and told me my car was ready and each time the steering wheel was still veering hard to the left. They eventually charged me $172 for an alignment that did not fix my car and told me to take my car to the Dealership to have it fixed. Oh and lets not forget the $667 they tried to charge me saying the issue was NOT the alignment it was a bad gear on the steering column which the Dealership refuted. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!

5/15/2024: My two front rotors needed to be replaced. I was given a total dollar amount as to what the cost of four brake pads and two front rotors would cost, totaling at $808.05.5/16/2024: In days and weeks to follow my brakes continues to squeak which I know is acceptable for the “break in period”, my concern had become the loud rattle my front and rear end would make when transitioning over bumps and potholes. 5/20/2024: I returned to Mavis Tires and Brakes for the loud onset of noise following my recent visit for brakes and rotors. After inspection by one of the store mechanics I was told that I likely needed “new struts or sway bars”. After a payment of $348.90 I drove my car off the lot with the same loud rattle it had made. My brakes continued to squeak and grind, I was aware of the “break in period”, breaks continued to squeak and the rattle over bumps continued to worsen.I have noticed that each of my rims have marks on them from the machine used to take them on and off. However, upon further inspection I see there is damage to every single one of my rims, not just one. The paint has been rubbed and chipped off in many places, there are paint scratches along my rim on one in specific. Each one has been chipped in multiple places, it’s apparent when they changed my tires the night before. No return or follow up call from staff or Nicholas, as of today 7/8 we have yet to hear from anyone from Mavis Tires and Breaks about damage to rims. $275 for inspection, at this time the sound coming from my vehicle is inconclusive per Volkswagen, since the repair was completed by Mavis Tires & Brakes it was suggested that I return my vehicle to them for further inspection which I refuse to do before I hear from corporate or the BBB. Had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for them to start oil change. Came out after 30 more minutes and said they didn't have the tools to do it. What!! Got my car back and after 15 minutes the oil light came on. They didn't put the dip stick back in or the oil cap on. Oil spewed all under my hood. . Don't go to concourse Pkwy douglasville location!!

They know how to help maintain vehicles and keep the customer happy. I’m glad I saw James and Tommy, even though they were short staffed I was pleased with how they communicated the recommendations and advised me of things I knew nothing about. Always the Mavis on concourse, from here on out.
