Needed a trailer tire replaced, so they ordered one, mounted and balanced it. Went to pick it up and I noticed that the "new" tire was 4 years old, going by the DOT code stamped on the tire. Unacceptable! So they ordered another tire and a week later went to pick it up. This next "new" tire is 3 years old. The manager Omar went out of way to make things right and claimed that this is what the warehouse is sending him. He was able to refund a percentage of the bill. Lesson learned, going back to Tire Rack. At least they carry new tires. Buyer beware. Read those date codes before they mount up your "new" tires.
