My wife had a nail in her tire and wasn't able to make it home, she stopped in Mavis and Carlos assisted her throughout the sales and install process. When I arrived, I was ok with cost and chatted with him. I would recommend Mavis to anyone else.

Service incorrectly performed
I went to Mavis to have my tires rotated. After the service was performed, I discovered that two tires were in the wrong position. One tire never changed position and another tire wasn’t moved to the front. I know this because the two tires in question had markings on them and I know where they were before and after. I’m not even sure if the other two tires that were not marked, were even correctly rotated. How do you pay for a rotation and they don’t do it correctly? I will never go back and do not recommend them. I was there one other time and had a tire patched. The employee at the register offered me a significant discount if I would leave them a positive Google review. Unfortunately, I did so and now I know why the offer was made. They were getting such poor reviews and they needed something to counter the negativity. What kind of business has to bribe people for a positive review?
