Great service, excellent price
Even though the process took longer than I would have liked the service was very good and it was the best price around for the work I had done. The only reason service was delayed was due to the odd placement of my batteries, but I was kept in the loop and notified of everything going on through the process. All the employees involved in my maintenance were extremely polite and courteous and my vehicle was returned in the same condition as when I brought it in.

Downers Grove Mavis si the best ever
Downers Grove Mavis. First time going there. I went in for brake check, but I knew there were other items that needed inspection. All of the employees were very friendly from the mechanics to the manager. They walked me through each suggested work item and showed me on the van. Never felt pressured. I would highly recommend Mavis. I am definitely going back there with my other vehicles for other services.
