Outstanding Service During Travel Emergency
I was traveling through the area when I suddenly had to stop due to issues with my tires, and I’m so glad I chose Mavis Tire. I was helped by Julie, and she was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment I walked in, her customer service was exceptional—she was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. Julie explained everything clearly, helped me select the right tires, and made sure I was safely back on the road as quickly as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares the way she does. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile turned an inconvenient stop into a great customer experience.
