I had a good experience the first time…

I had a good experience the first time I used NTB for tires. All coupons were automatically applied and the service was very good. My experience today was not good. The tires were fine but they did not automatically apply the $35 off alignment coupon. I called to request the $35 off and the NTB person said the credit card had to be present for him to do apply the coupon. NTB is not that close to my house so it would be a long drive for the $35. Not going to use them again due to the incompetence and hassle.
