Our car seized up, and we went to Mavis near closing time. Chris greeted us with a smile and a great “can do” attitude. Ray immediately set out to access the problem and locate parts. They are extremely knowledgeable professionals! Kudos to techs Mike and Brian, who repaired my car and had it up and running in no time. I greatly appreciated their kindness and over the top customer service. I highly recommend Mavis in Elmira, New York. You won’t be disappointed.
