Fast Friendly Service Complete in One Visit
I was thumping around on tires I was starting to think needed a rotation and balance. It got a little (lot) worse yesterday, and I followed my intuition right into Mavis (my first time there). Stephen and Dakota were so kind and respectful. They didn't treat me like some dumb girl. (Thanks guys) Turns out, I had blown a tire. The great things was that I didn't have to order tires and wait for them to come in. They had my size (which isn't always the case) and they got them installed lickety split. Which was amazing because I didn't have a lot of time to wait about.

3rd time there same issue except even more rude
Im trying to update my date to 4/18 but this Trust website will not let me. It was today Tuesday 4/18...3rd time there, same issue...no oil change sticker and mileage on receipt was increased by 4k miles. Same thing as last time. My tires were not rotated as scheduled for...the guys checking me out were kinda jerkyand I'm not a rude person. The one guy said he didn't have time to follow his crew around and I said putting a sticker and updating mileage should be standard. This is my 3rd instance of this. They yelled have a nice day as I left, like I did something wrong. There is a new Valvoline n Firestone across the street. A few people I've talked to said Mavis doesn't update their stickers n have had mileage issues on their receipts.
