Always helpful and customer service is top notch

Came in with flat tire for fixing. Very busy I left tire, they checked into it tested the tire and found nothing wrong changed valve stem as precautionary measure and reinstalled tire when I came back. I went to pay and they said no charge. Thats really going beyond what I call service. They have my car service from now on. P. Yaciuk

I only gave them a 1 Star because 0 wasn’t an option.. I told them I was in a bind and needed some brake pads replaced asap (because it’s my business’s truck) which I had brought the brake pads with me and they tried to tell me I needed calipers rotors and a new booster (which were all professional replaced 2 years ago) .. I am more than capable of swapping them out on my own but I would liked to have paid them to do it to save myself some time. I called around noon and was told to call back around 3 which I did and they told me to bring it in. As soon as I get there I told the older lady that I just needed my brake pads swapped and her first comment was that I need calipers too which i replied no they’re good (they just started squeaking the day before) and she said that she was going to have to look at them.. so I walked outside and ran my nail from the top to the bottom 0% grooving even took my knife out and scraped it across and it was smooth as butter.. so I told her again the calipers are good. We go inside and I sat down to wait and the mechanic comes up and tells me that my brakes are “going all the way to the floor”.. Now I drive this vehicle over 100 miles a day I would know if they were truly soft.. he proceeds to tell me that they won’t be able to replace the brake pads and that my brake booster and calipers need replacing as well.. now correct me if I’m wrong but as your brake pads wear down your brake peddle will start feeling a little soft over time.. it would have been one thing if they would have just took it in the shop and identified what was going on and could clearly show me but I guess they just didn’t care that much… I feel like they were just trying to sell me parts I didn’t need or they are just downright lazy.. now I’m pretty much stranded (because I don’t want to ruin the rotors🤦🏼‍♂️).. #JustPutTheFriesInTheBag ps I know y’all are going to read this and think I’m overthinking it, but as someone who would do anything for anybody I just don’t know how they could treat people like and actually get paid for it…

Professional, best deal in town, fast work, courteous, respectful, and polite. What more could you ask for? They took care of everything. They discounted the tires and the installation. I definitely will return.

Bought a tire from them with a warranty. The tire blew not long after that. It was a Thursday when I asked if the warranty was good, they said they would have to order my tire an i had road side service, the tire will be in Saturday an they would call me. They never called me. Monday I called them about it an they say they have know idea if my tire was ordered an the guy I talked to is off today an they will try to get ahold of him. They just keep telling me they will call me back. An they NEVER call me back! Not with a "Hey we didnt get your tire yet". Or a "Hey sorry still trying to get things in order we haven't forgotton you!" Nothing!! I am still on my little spare tire praying for them to call me back with my tire. An its been 5 days!!This is terrible service!

I had something in my tire it had been leaking for a couple of days, I went in on my lunch break and they took care of me in less than 40 minutes.
Everyone was very helpful and nice, I was at the Mavis Tire in Foley, Alabama.

Service was phenomenal. Chase and his guys are the best hands down
