First of all the great job that they do in servicing cars and the professionalism that their staff shows. I have been a customer since the early 2000s.
Also my hat is off to Chip. I have dealt with that young man for over 5 years. He has great people skills and I appreciate all he does. He keeps me in the loop regarding issues w/ my car and things that I need to consider in the future regarding service.

Good Service but Need More Employees
The servicemen who assisted me were professional and friendly. Mavis management, however, needs to find more employees to assist them as there were only 2 men on duty so there were other customers who were not able to be helped in a timely manner.
