DON’T USE THIS COMPANY
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Worst car maintenance I’ve ever gotten, lost my and my companies future business. Save your money and your car! Do not use this company. I got an oil change done there, the service tech caused a crack in the oil pan, get 30 miles down the road and my engine blows, the store manager told me the Mavis tech was at fault. Their district manager gets involved and all the sudden upon reviewing video footage (doubtful unless they have a camera under the car) “they followed proper procedures and they wouldn’t cover the damage” They made nothing right with me. The district manager is just trying to cover their asses because they screwed up. Don’t worry Mavis, attorneys will contact you soon enough, I’m sure there are more people who have received damage who would love to join the lawsuit.
