My knowledge of cars is not extensive and like most people, I share a limited trust in mechanics. Mavis changed my perspective. They located the problem within minutes and did not attempt to upsell. Even more, the service was professional, polite and prompt. The attendant and management also found a way to assess a fee that was far below market value—far, far below. I left convinced that the team at Mavis genuinely wanted to help make my day brighter. For that, I am entirely grateful to Patrick and the crew.

Walked in at 420 to have a leak in my tire fixed. I was told no they were done for the day. Poor poor customer service and I had my baby with me. I went to 2 locations both said no both before 5 pm closing. I then left and went to Discount Tire and was treated like a customer and got it fixed for free

My experience with Mavis Tires at the 7422 Store on Garners Ferry Road was great. Mr Daniel the store manager was able to fix my issues with my Van, proper balancing and my TPMS light wasn’t going off, the other Mavis shop down the road was unable to resolve these simple problems after they put on my 4 new tires and after 5 visits try to get my issues resolved that they caused. Thanks Mr Daniel.
