They don’t keep appointments

Nice guy met me at the desk and took my keys. I was there at 0935 for a scheduled 1000 appointment. I had selected my tires when I scheduled the appointment. Found it strange they just took my keys and didn't confirm the tires. I and my car sat for 40 minutes. I noticed there were two cars in the large multi stall working area, but no technicians. After it was 15 minutes past my appointment time, I asked for my keys back. You might save a couple dollars going here, but it'll potentially cost you an entire day. Headed over to Goodyear for the Goodyears I requested from NTB.
