Great Customer service!! Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly and everything was done in a timely manner.

I had an awesome experience at Mavis Discount Tire located on Iris Drive. It was a very clean and tidy atmosphere. Monica made my visit and overall experience, an exceptional one from the moment I scheduled the service to the day of service. She was very pleasant as well as patient. It was evident that she was knowledgeable of the various tires offered and the specific features of each. It was very beneficial when deciding on which brand to purchase. All in all, I purchased a full set of tires, and I am very pleased with my decision. I will definitely visit Mavis in the near future.

My entire family goes to Mavis Tires located on Iris dr in Conyers Ga. Customer Service is always professional and they keep you informed of what is being done to your auto. I went in and was out in 1 hour despite it being late in the day. I had a mail in my tire. They took care of me!!! Thank you Mavis Tires.

Went in for tire pressure check and had an awesome experience. Very polite and helpful customer service. Gave me knowledge on sensor had gone bad. The wait was short with a pleasant atmosphere.

I purchased 2 tires for my truck, then went back later to buy 2 more tires so that they would wear at the same time. While checking out, the attendant told me that my windshield wipers were worn and was persistent about convincing me that I needed to buy their wipers. She said that she gave me $25 discount and charged me $17+. When I turned around, the mechanic had the wipers in his hand and something just didn't seem right. I told him that I would take those wipers. I looked at them when I got in my truck and there was absolutely no wear on those wipers and they looked brand new. I called my tire company and was told that my wipers were put on in 2020. I called Mavis customer service and told them that I wanted my money back; the agent called and explained what happened and told me to go see the manager. It was the MANAGER who cheated me! She told another attendant that I didn't really pay for them. I don't know what kind of scam that is, but I will not have my shocks fixed there. I got service according to the way I looked. She did not offer me wipers when I bought the first two tires, so I guess she regarded me as stupid when I bought the 2nd two tires. I thought this was going to be my new service location. The manager should be ashamed of herself! I will take my truck back tomorrow, get my wipers put back on, and only go back to get my tires rotated as part of the purchase.
