I recently went to another place to get my tires rotated and checked for a slow leak in one of my tires (actually I just wanted air in my low tire.
Their bays were closed (No Air)
He suggested I make an appointment for the
Next day. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and an Oil Change. I showed up
And this happened: my oil was changed but
Nothing was done with my tires. The technician
1st said my tires were fine, however it only
Showed an oil change charge. I talked with the
Cashier & so on. The cashier checked with the
Tech and was told she Did Not do anything with
My tires as was not on work order and I could
Wait until she finished the other orders. I said No!
1st mistake, I was lied to. I paid for the oil change and left, total aggravated and mad about the situation ,
I left and drove over to Mavis Tire.
The Gentlemen were Very friendly and Knowledgeable. I had not been there before and thought they only did tires. They put my car on lift, not only rotated my tires and looked for
The slow leak One Tech came and informed me
That they were going to tighten up things from the Oil Change and showed me what was wrong. I definitely will be going to Mavis Tire
For any Services I need frim this point on.
