Hi I have to say how satisfied and happy I am. I needed an oil change. So I went to Mavis Discount Tires on Maiden Ln. It was like in and out. I mean I got my oil changed tire pressure checked along with my other fluids. Derrick is kind and very friendly. Before I left I told him that he have a knee customer. I really appreciate the costumer service.

Made an appointment for 8am for an oil…
Made an appointment for 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. There were people there looking for service pretty sure they did not have an appointment. I was nervous that they were going to take care of them first but I was wrong they took me first. everyone was very polite and i was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. The manager told me to come back to have tires checked after 25 miles which i will be doing.Thank you to the staff at mavis i will be back

DO NOT GO HERE
DO NOT GO HERE. I have never written a review in my life but these people are CRIMINALS. Went in for my 11:00 AM inspection and was told it was a 5hr wait for an inspection. Luckily I work near by and could just walk back. I guess the appointment was worthless. Failed the inspection because of tires and brakes. I told them I would bring it back Monday. The guy then calls me back and says "We can SNEAK you through the inspection if you just get tires today." I say no thanks I either need brakes or I don't. Go to pick up the car and the man try's to scare me into coming back because if I take it to another shop "there are other issues they will fail me for". It's a 2018 civic not a 15 year old car under 75K miles. Take it to another shop the next day and pass with flying colors. I ask about the breaks and tires at the new shop and the response was "They look good. Maybe before next year." Unbelievable. I will be filling out a formal complaint with NYS. SCAM ARTISTS. I will never go to another MAVIS. I feel bad for the staff at other locations who do things the right way and the bad name they get from a place like this. The other ratings of this place are suspicious.

I came in for tires and they didn’t…
I came in for tires and they didn’t have the brand that I wanted. I was able to get a different brand. Shawn and Jose were very informative and pleasant. Fast and efficient service.
